Returns & Warranty

RETURNS

If you would like to return your item please contact us at info@russellpitman.com  Please include your name, order number and the reason for your return so we can improve our service. Returns only valid if it arrives back to Russell Pitman in the same perfect condition as which it left -  within 14 days from initial receipt of item (including undamaged packaging). 

If you opt to return an item we will issue you with either a store credit or refund for the same amount, depending on the situation. Change of mind returns incur a 20% restocking fee.  We do not offer any returns or refunds for 'sale' items at the moment.  We also do not offer refunds on sizing issues (as we are an online retailer, it is the customer's responsibility to check the sizing of the watches and accessories prior to purchasing online.

All specifications of our products are listed on the product pages. As we are an online retailer, it is the consumer's responsibility to double-check that they indeed want to purchase the product based on the images and specifications.

At this stage, we do not offer returns or refunds for orders with discounts/sales of 30% and above, this allows us to give you the best possible prices. Thank you for your understanding.

WARRANTY

All Russell Pitman products come with a 12 months manufacturer's warranty and an extended 12 months warranty from Russell Pitman. This gives you a full 24 months piece of mind. If you believe any item is defective or damaged in transit, we sincerely apologise. Please contact us immediately at info@russellpitman.com One of our customer service support team will discuss this with you and process your warranty claim if your item arrived damaged or not functioning.

Any water damage to the timepieces is not covered under warranty, as we strongly recommend not submerging the pieces in water, or exposing them to water. They are water-resistant however the warranty does not cover water damage. Thank you for understanding. Battery replacements are not covered under warranty, strap damage from use is not covered, If ever any small components are damaged due to every-day wear, those are also not covered under the warranty.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

All limited edition collections are non-refundable (change of mind), as there is a strictly limited amount of stock and once they are sold out, they are sold out. We are unable to re-sell them again.
